I am totally in love with this brand!!!! It’s the finest lingerie I’ve ever bought, thanks to its quality, design, fit, durability, and price. My package went missing while being delivered, and tracking it down with the courier was quite a challenge. I must say, the support team at Understatement handled everything like pros: they immediately dispatched a replacement once they learned about the issues. Throughout the whole ordeal, they were incredibly kind and attentive, which was truly heartwarming. I can say for sure that I’ll be a satisfied shopper moving forward. I got some amazing underwear delivered in a nicely wrapped package. I had picked out a lace plunge bralette in Stormy Sky, along with matching strings. I was torn between two sizes, but thanks to the size chart, I ended up choosing the right one. The materials feel so lovely and refined. The fit is spot on. I'm really into these!
